1991 SMC 42″ Park Avenue? III Ceiling Fan

Here’s an SMC ceiling fan with cane blades. It’s a 1991 model but is in good working condition. The fan is 42″ but on high it moves air as much as a 52″ fan! I don’t know the model of the fan so if you know, please comment.
