How do I wire a ceiling light?

I pulled an old light fixture and found two black wires coming from the ceiling wired together (not used in old fixture) two white wires coming from the ceiling connected to two white wires on the old light and one red wire from the house connecting to two black wires on the old light.
My new light has one black, one white and a ground. How do I wire this?

The red one is for connecting multiple switches to it. you wont need it

just connect the Hot(black)
and the white

Retail lighting ‘a boost for shop displays’

Providing retail lighting could help businesses to make their displays more glamorous.

This is according to a piece on Lon s Article Directory, which advised shops to create the best setting for their products in order to boost sales, increase consumer satisfaction and improve customer retention.

Retailers were advised to maximise the lighting of any display as this is an "often overlooked" feature of product stands.

"A well-illuminated product will immediately draw more attention to itself and encourage customers to view it closer," the article stated.

Engendering an initial interest in shoppers was cited as a "key part" of improving sales volumes.

Further retail lighting is recommended across the entire shop, the information source added, as this can often create a warm atmosphere that attracts people inside.

Writing for the Calgary Herald earlier this year, Marc Atiyolil said interior lighting can "make or break a space", suggesting it is more important than individuals realise.
