Toastmaster ceiling fan in brown. Variable speed, with a very fast low and an insanely fast high. You can clearly see the windings through the vents when it’s on high speed it spins so fast. The pullchain pattern is light and fan on, light on, fan on, off.

I’ll bet they did. It’s hard to tell, though, since a lot of ceiling fans from different company look similar. If not exactly alike.

My god that ”low” speed is your average medium speed on a 42” fan. Due to the sound it makes it does seems that it does not have enough pitch.
