PART 2 HOW TO CEILING FAN WIND TURBINE

THIS IS A VIDEO TO SHOW THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE BIG SYSTEMS OUT THERE. THE BLACK UNIT IN THE BACK GROUND IS THE ONE THAT IM MAKING FOR A FRIEND WHO WILL USE IT WITH GREAT GLADNESS. HIS ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY LIGHTENING. IT WOULD COST TOO MUCH FOR REPAIRS AND NEW DEPOSITS AND OLD BILL TO RECONNECT, ESPECIALY WITH REPAIRS FOR A NEW SERVICE BOX AND UPDATING TO A BREAKER SYSTEM AND THE WIRES DESTROYED IN THE HOUSE. ALTHOUGH THIS UNIT WILL NOT NORMALLY SUPPLY A NORMAL HOUSE HOLD IT WILL ALLOW HIM TO HAVE LIGHTS , RADIO, TV , CELLPHONE CHARGING, AND A FEW MORE THINGS BUT NOT ALL AT ONCE OR CONSTANTLY. BUT 20 DOLLARS A DAY FOR GAS IN A GENERATOR IS NOT AN OPTION EITHER. A BAG OF ICE, AND A COOLER IS. WE ARE MAKING A SOLAR HOT WATER HEATER AS WELL. BY 1:00 PM HE WILL HAVE ENOUGH WATER TO DO DISHES AND GET A NICE HOT SHOWER. THEN RELAX BY THE TV OR RADIO FOR A FEW HOURS ON STORED ENERGY. THEN GO TO SLEEP WITH A SMILE. IF HE GETS UP IN THE NIGHT HE CAN JUST TURN ON THE LIGHT. AND ITS ALL FREE. I HAVE ONE CONFESSION TO MAKE ABOUT THE ONE IN THE FIRST VIDEO THAT EVERYONE HAS COMPLEMENTED ON FROM THE BEGINNING. THAT IS , THAT THE ONE THAT IS IN THE VIDEO IS THE 7th OR 8th ONE I DID. I DID IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE BUT I DESTROYED ONE OF THE COIL SETS IN IT BY PULLING ON THE WIRES TO HARD WHILE I WAS RETHREADING THE WIRES TO COME OUT THE OTHER SIDE. BUT THE 12 VOLT SYSTEM INSTEAD OF 24 VOLT SYSTEM WILL NOT SLOW THE BLADES DOWN WHEN UNDER A LOAD SO IT PERFORMS AT ITS LOWERED MAXIMUM VOLTAGE MOST OF THE TIME. IT SEEMS TO KEEP MY SHOP RADIO AND FLOURESENT LIGHT GOING AS MUCH AS I NEED IT TO EXCEPT FOR WHEN IT RAINS AND THE WIND DOESNT BLOW FOR A FEW DAYS. ONE OF THE CEILING FAN MOTORS I HAVE IN THE SHOP WILL REPLACE THE ORIGIONAL U2B DEBUTED SPECIAL WITH MORE MAGNETS AND TWICE THE COILS FOR MORE OUTPUT. THE BLACK ONE IS CRANKING OUT 5 TIMES THE POWER ALREADY, IM JELOUS. AND IT COGS REAL HARD. AND WHEN YOU SHORT THE WIRES IT GETS REAL HARD TO TURN. THAT IS A GOOD TEST OF EFFICIENCY. ANY DC OR AC PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR THAT YOU CAN SHORT THE WIRES OUT ON AND IT DOESNT WANT TO TURN IS A DARNED GOOD WIND TURBINE. IF WE ADD ANOTHER SET OF MAGNETS TO HIS IT WILL DUOBLE THE VOLTAGE AND WE WILL HAVE TO GO TO A HIGHER VOLTAGE BATTERY BANK WHICH IS GOOD SEEING AS THE COILS CAN ONLY PUT OUT 1 AMP PER SET. THERE ARE 2 SETS SO 2 AMP TIMES 48 VOLTS = 100 WATTS SO IF WE ADD THE MAGS IT WILL BE A 200 WATT UNIT WITHOUT HEATING UP THE WIRES BUT WE WILL HAVE TO GET 7 OR 8 BATTERIES. OR AT LEAST 4 OR 5 . TIME WILL TELL. MUDD

    Yup You SURE CAN . send me the pictures of it. what you will wind up doing is the same thing that i did with the one in the air. curl some steel banding that is wide enough to touch the bottom and the top from the inside. then place your magnets on the steel banding. or do like team leader did. he spent time grinding the induction ring to fit the mags. his is kickin so i hear. check your mail and send me the pictures for exact details of what to do next. the next vid is almost done too. mudd

    Ive been working on all of them at the same time to get the details in order. but I found out that focusing one one step at a time is faster. all of them are almost finnished. all i have to do is focus on the next one and it will be finnished tonite. Working on one thing at a time was never easy for me. ill show the completed inside for you. MUDD

    Great info, so informative. One question, actually 2: Did you say the diodes are wired in parallel? How is that accomplished? And the batteries, if wires have more than 50 watts each, wire in series? If the wires have less, then wire in parallel or not? Also, I can’t find vid #3. Thank you so much! 5 stars!

    There is a conversion for box fans . but the concept due to the rotors and stators being opposite of designs , it is a lot different. that would take a lathe or milling…..but there is a way to do it at home with minimal tools and i will get into that in about a month.

    I’m surprise that coil 1 and coil 2 have the same frequency. Since they are for different speeds, I thought one would have more cycles per rev.

  13. Oh ya , its an easy …
    Oh ya , its an easy picture to illistrate. there are the same amout of coil possitions on each of the coil sets. and they all fire the same amount of times per revoluion. so if there is 14 coils per set , that would mean 2 coils pass the same magnet for a full cycle of pos and neg. so that means 7 cycles per revolution. So at 10 RPM you would get 70Hz on each set. after rectification you would have a ripple of 140Hz and 280 when added together.

    explain how to postion magnets relative to the coil winding direction again… it not
    so clear to me….also doubling up magnets

    OK lets look at the coils on the outside only. there are 2 pieces of metal going into each coil. this is one polarity position. the next 2 are going into the next coil. this position is of the opposite polarity. the next videos are almost finnished. they will show this more clearly. i will probably upload them tonight. hit the subscription page. if you need more help, feel free to send a message and ask any and all you want or need to.
